At Stumptown Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your brew, but due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. If you are unsatisfied with your equipment or merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your merchandise or brewing equipment is unused, in its original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days; please note that coffee beans are final sale.
Contact Support
Email our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the original packing slip included and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
